Rekindle Supported Living is an agency dedicated to providing personalized services to individuals with disabilities in Ohio. Our goal is to help individuals reach their highest potential in their community; accordingly, the agency focuses on the individual’s needs in order to implement a care plan that empowers them while assisting them in attaining independence. We focus on individual choice, community integration and self determination. Our personalized approach to independence allows us to surpass the individual’s needs. Rekindle Supported Living is able to implement a successful care plan by working with the individuals county case managers as well as their caregivers, families and medical professionals. Our employees are highly trained to meet both DODD standards and our company’s standards. In addition, the employees receive annual training on skills such as behavior support, medication administration in order to provide the best care to the individuals.
